Read it and weep, people. Here I am in The Atlantic, holding forth on one of my favorite topics: chicken shnitzel. My contention is, and has been on many occasions, that chicken shnitzel is the authentic Israeli cuisine because it is the only notable dish invented by Jews in Israel that’s culturally accessible to all [...] I’ve always loved this picture (by the way, it’s not done with HDR). He’s awesome and his videos are hilarious, and even just bad enough (eg, fake mustache falling off) to be even funnier than if he’d had a tremendous budget. Now Harvard will be even gayer than before, since they’re endowing a chair in Gay Studies.
