Confronting the Faith in Nathan drug problem

Someone searched my website last week for the phrase “how to inject oxycontin.”

First. I bear part of the blame for this tragedy. People, drug abuse is a serious problem. If someone offers you an addictive substance, three simple words will suffice: “just,” “say,” and “no.”

Second. Faith in Nathan is a family website. That doesn’t mean I don’t occasionally use words like “fuck,” “shit,” and “ass”; I do and I will continue to do so whenever appropriate. But Faith in Nathan is supposed to be enjoyable for all ages, and I just don’t think infants should be exposed to such subjects as injecting oxycontin. So please keep your inquiries to yourself.

Third. You wouldn’t know it from living in America and using AOL, but Oxycontin sucks. All Israelis know that Optalgin is the best pain reliever ever.
