    Harvard is a Gay University

And I mean that in the truest meaning of the word “gay.” Really – I’ve been to Harvard twice for the Yale-Harvard football extravaganza, and everyone in sight was totally gay. Now Harvard will be even gayer than before, since they’re endowing a chair in Gay Studies.

This reminded me of a long-forgotten project I had, which was to start an academic discipline called Studies Studies. There used to be a page on my various websites about it, so I went and dug it up and put it back online. Check it out here.

And for what it’s worth, I think ages 18-22 are typically the gayest period of a young person’s life. But who out there couldn’t stand to be a little gayer? Depression is a major problem on college campuses, and I think it’s bold of Harvard to promote a gay attitude for its students.
