In response to all those who laud me as an outstanding news source – even the outstanding news source – or who may be worried that “everyone in Israel is living in bomb shelters right now and it’s a state of emergency,” be assured that I still have no idea where to find the nearest bomb shelter, nor do I expect to see the inside of it for any purpose in the near future.
Here is what is going on my life: working almost nonstop, cooking, walking everywhere, celebrating two years of Aliyah (tomorrow – 25 Tammuz), ogling very attractive Israeli girls and hitting on them in the supermarket and on the street and restaurants and in the bank, wondering whether I’ll keep this young beard, sweating like a pig, missing Jerusalem especially at night, and wishing that my country would really go to war.
That is all.
Shaving the beard may help with the girls. Just a thought!
