    The Revolution is Here

Over a year ago, some of my friends at Kumah asked me if I’d seen “the movie.” I hadn’t, so they showed me a short clip of what later grew into probably the greatest project ever done in Flash animation.

The short movie is called Free Your Mind. A parody of “The Matrix,” it uses humor on multiple levels, my friends’ voices, and the profound artistic talents of Gil Ronen (I met him once, and he’s also a cool and interesting guy) to do what it’s not possible to do in any number of books, articles, speeches, pamphlets, flyers or meetings. You must watch it now at www.AliyahRevolution.com.

By the way. Free Your Mind speaks to me at goose-bumps level – it is that good. But I have never seen “The Matrix” (I’m boycotting Keanu Reeves). I know some of the Kumah people were worried that the pop culture references would fly over some people’s heads, but I think it’s actually very accessible to just about anyone. Just watch it and see for yourself.
